Welcome to the Civic Local Foundation online scholarship portal. Please read the descriptions below to make sure you apply for the appropriate scholarship. To qualify for scholarships, applicants must be members of Civic Federal Credit Union (Civic) or Local Government Federal Credit Union (LGFCU).

*Civic and LGFCU employees, directors and/or family members, or members of any of the Scholarship Selection Committees, are not eligible for these scholarships.

Civic Local Foundation Scholarship

Beginning with this upcoming scholarship year (October 2023 - February 2024), only graduating high school seniors will be eligible for the scholarship. All scholarships are for $5,000 and payable in one installment to the school, and may be applied to tuition, textbooks, computers and other fees.

UNC School of Government Scholarship

This scholarship program is for Credit Union members who plan to attend a course through the UNC School of Government.

AOMP/LEEP Scholarship

The Administrative Officers Management Program (AOMP) and Law Enforcement Executive Program (LEEP) scholarships are available for Credit Union members who are also North Carolina law enforcement personnel.
